Shipping Policy
Most orders from CypherTch will be shipped on the same or next business day, provided the items are in stock. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing times may be delayed due to product availability, weather conditions, and holidays. We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Any free shipping promotions are limited to the 48 contiguous states of the USA. For international shipping, costs will be calculated after purchase, and we do not offer free shipping to international destinations.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Any shipping or transit times provided by our site or other parties should be considered estimates. To avoid delays, please place orders in a timely manner. CypherTch is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or returned packages. Please contact the carrier service directly for such issues. Orders over 150 lbs will incur additional shipping charges, and we may choose to ship from multiple warehouses. For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. CypherTch is not liable for shipping delays, lost or stolen shipments. Customers should report any discrepancies within three business days of delivery.
Our offices are closed on federal holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Returns Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If we shipped the wrong product, we can accept a return for store credit or exchange.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new or unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
Return process
To return an item, please email customer service at support@cyphertch.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Shipping labels will only be provided for returns due to fulfillment errors (wrong product shipped). For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. CypherTch is not liable for lost return packages.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Exceptions
Used or open-box products, licenses, and items with broken seals are not returnable.
Please Note
Returns that violate our policy will be rejected. Customers must arrange to retrieve rejected return packages. For defective products, please check the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Contact our RMA team for warranty information.
Back Order/ Pre Order/ Inventory
Back-orders and pre-orders will ship when the product becomes available. We will inform you of any out-of-stock items in your order. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we do not guarantee shipment or delivery times. You may cancel your order before it ships. We do not accept cancellations or refunds for bulk or special orders.

CypherTch is not liable for late deliveries or missed shipments. Payment for back-ordered items is due when the product becomes available. If payment is not made within two days of the request, the backorder will be canceled.

Order Acceptance Policy
Receiving an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. CypherTch reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason and may supply less than the quantity ordered.
Payment
We accept PayPal and Amazon Pay. Customers can use their credit or debit cards for a surcharge. Provide your exact billing address and phone number to avoid processing delays. CypherTch reserves the right to cancel suspicious transactions. We do not alter shipping or billing information after a transaction is complete.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we attempt to ship all items at the same time. Unavailable products will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for shipped products and applicable shipping charges at the quoted rate. The full shipping charge will be applied to the first shipment of a multiple-shipment order.
Taxes
Sales tax will be charged for orders delivered within the same state/province where CypherTch operates. For orders shipped elsewhere, the shopper is responsible for any applicable taxes.
Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or incorrect pricing information from suppliers, CypherTch reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will issue a refund for the incorrect price.

RMA Policy
CypherTch makes no warranties on products. All devices purchased from CypherTch are warranted per the manufacturer’s terms. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Customers should consult the manufacturer regarding warranty policies before contacting CypherTch. Some manufacturers handle warranty repairs and replacements directly. CypherTch may assist in obtaining warranty service for products within the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Mikrotik Warranty Terms
Mikrotik hardware is warranted for 12 months from the purchase date when bought directly from our website. Before approving an RMA, customers must complete troubleshooting procedures or obtain a Mikrotik Support Ticket. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products found not defective may incur a technical support fee of up to $50 per device.
RMA procedures can take longer as devices are sent to the manufacturer for repairs. We do not provide estimated times.
RMA Return Instructions
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
- CypherTch will ship repaired/replacement units within the continental US for free, only for orders placed through our website.
- Customers may pay additional fees for expedited or international return shipments.
- Send the RMA unit in a secure package without affixing labels or stickers on the original packaging. Customer is responsible for any transit damage.
- CypherTch reserves the right to refuse RMA on a case-by-case basis.
- Include a copy of the RMA form with the return shipment.
- Routers should be unlocked and factory reset.
- RMA units must arrive at the specified return location while the warranty is valid.
- RMA issued by CypherTch is valid for 30 days. It is the customer’s responsibility to send the RMA units on time.
